The location of the hotel was amazing, with beautiful views of Lords Cricket Ground. It was also conveniently situated within walking distance of all the major sightseeing spots. The breakfast provided was really good, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
There was some confusion regarding the dog policy and we were charged an unexpected fee. there were some issues with the room keys not working and the TVs not functioning properly.

The hotel is conveniently located near an underground station, making it easy to explore the city. The bar area is modern and spacious, and the hotel is just across from Regent's Park, providing a lovely green space to explore between activities. The room was clean and comfortable, with a decent view of the city.
Some areas of the hotel are looking a little tired and could use some updating.

I loved the location of this place – just off the bus stop in a lovely area of town and close to Regents Park. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, especially the manager, who was very helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities like an in-room safe and ironing facilities. I also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and appreciated that the staff accommodated our request for a late check-out.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a great stay in a newly renovated hotel with comfortable beds, a plush bathroom, and a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering us a free upgrade on arrival, providing directions and transportation assistance, and keeping the room clean to a high standard. The hotel location was in a lovely area of town, with easy access to transportation for visits to central London attractions.
